My First Post

Hey everyone, welcome to my Art Blog. On this blog, I will post all of my art projects and we will get to see how I have improved throughout the course of this semester.

Art comes in various styles and formats. However, all art should be able to captivate its viewers or its audience. Art doesnt just need to come in the form of paintings or images, but music can also be considered art. Any form of art can have some sort of emotional influence on the whether the become jovial or melancholy it should effect them in some way.

There are various art tools that I have used in the past, but there are still many ideas that I am interested in attempting. One of them would be clay moulding. I've always wanted to try forming shapes and other sorts of objects out of clay. I've also wanted to try using oil pastels. I've heard that they are used rather often in making pictures that have a softer tone and a smoother appearance. One main art style that I've always been interested in is video game concept art. Newer games utilize different art styles to add a different mood to the scenery. these include contrasting coulors, dark rooms with distant ambient lighting, and various shadows and minor details that make it seem even more appealing to the eye.

My strengths as an artist include, problem solving skills, and my ability to get my thoughts onto paper. These skills have allowed me to both aquire the right tools for the projects and to be able to finish what I've started while still maintaining new ideas and improvements to the original idea. However, I do find it difficult to properly present my work. This is because I don't feel like I should need to tell people how to feel when they experience my art, they should be able to come up with there own conclusions.

Hopfully, thoughout this semester anyone who sees this will be able to observe how much my art has changed.
